When is my ball going to ship? / How long does it take to get my merchandise?
A corresponding email will be sent in moments upon completing your
transaction. You must first checkout your order to begin processing.
Once checkout is complete the order will be processed within 48
hours after receipt of valid payment information. Once receipt of
payment is received the order is usually shipped within 1-3 business
days. All payments received Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be
processed the following business day. All orders are sent UPS ,
FedEx ground, unless otherwise stated. UPS and FedEx do not pick
up on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Estimated delivery time is 1
to 7 business days from the date of shipment for lower 48 states.

Where do you ship?
Currently we provide shipping to the United States. All items are shipped UPS or FedEx ground unless otherwise stated. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO will be shipped USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise stated as Fed Ex nor UPS currently ship to these addresses.

What's my Tracking Number?
Once the order ships we can provide a tracking number upon request.
You may also receive your tracking information through our website
while viewing your order status. Detailed account information can
also be seen within our Customer Care
System.

How do I pay by Cashiers Check or Money Order?
Please make sure that you have completed the checkout process by choosing Cashiers Check or Money Order as your payment method. Please include your order number on your money order to expedite processing time.
IMPORTANT! Failure
to receive payment within 14 days will cause the system to automatically
cancel and delete your order. If you need to extend the days, please
contact us at sales@bowlinggods.com
Clearance and Sale items will only be held for 5 business days before restocking.

Unfortunately, we do not offer pick-ups on any of our
merchandise. We only accept Internet and Phone orders at this time.

May I request a top weight and or pin placement?
Due to our large number of orders, we are unable to individually inspect balls for top weight and/or pin placement. However, if you submit a special request and we have more than one ball in stock we will be glad to do our best to fulfill any request. Please make all requests when checking out and keep in mind that we cannot guarantee top weight and/or pin placement.

Is this ball used or a blem/2nd?
All balls here at The Bowling Gods are NEVER used. Our balls are all first quality balls, but we do rarely have blemished / 2nds. If the ball is a blem / 2nd it will be clearly stated within the product description.

Can I exchange ball weight or shoe size once I receive my order?
Since, certain weights or sizes may be limited in quantity, we suggest contacting us for availability. Please read our Return/Exchange policy for more information.

How do I get my ball drilled?
All balls here at The Bowling
Gods are not predrilled. We suggest going to your local proshop.

on layouts that work best with your release and style of bowling.
