Merchandise Returns
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee when the purchase or shipment was due to customer error. Restocking fees do not apply to exchanges.
Before returning any product, you must acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer care department.
Any returned merchandise received in our warehouse without a proper authorization by bowlinggods.com is not eligible for refund or credit.

BowlingGods.com may authorize product returns beyond 15 days but no longer than 30 days from the invoice date; however these returns will be for credit issued toward future purchases only. No returns or exchanges will be authorized on clearance or close out items.
Shipping and handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE and no COD returns will be accepted under any circumstances.
In the event items are to be returned at our expense, only USPS priority mail, UPS Ground or the equivalent will be authorized. Customer will bear all extra charges for shipping methods other than USPS priority mail or UPS.
IMPORTANT: All items returned MUST be in re-saleable condition to receive a refund. All items also must include all applicable accessories and parts that shipped with the product. If the items purchased are not in like-new condition, the item will be shipped back to the purchaser and refund will not be issued. Items sent to us damaged, dirty, missing parts (accessories missing, missing original packing, lost parts) will be returned at the customers expense. Partial refunds and credit will not be given under any circumstances. |
